· Represented construction contractor in $1.5 billion equity and debt joint venture with insurance company for purposes of constructing senior living homes across America.
· Represented real estate fund with over $500 million in office and other real estate assets in its leasing matters and the procurement of many of its credit facilities.
· Represented publicly traded shopping center RIETS and assisted in negotiation and drafting of purchase agreements and coordination of diligence activities.
